Where does the Gospel begin ?....

Where did the plan of salvation begin? Like any plan it has to have a foundation, a blueprint. Here are some bible verses about the foundation of redemption.
Matt. 13:35, Ps. 78:2, Matt. 25:34, John 17:24, Ephesians 1:4, I Peter 1:18-20, Revelation 13:8, Revelation 17:8.
